We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Replacement can be considered incase of Wrong or damaged products delivered only. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will replace the particular item it will be delivered within 5 working daysÂ
The Fee that you pay to LOONEYCASES will be a retained by LOONEYCASES Â Â
replacement and return should be reported within 3 days of receiving the product Â

 In case you want to cancel the order or request refund of fee,  contact LOONEYCASES  within 2 days or send an email to contact.looneycases@gmail.com with reason for refund or cancel. Placed orders are eligible for cancellation within 24hours. In case of cancellation request submitted after 24hours of placing the order, the amount paid by the customer shall not be refunded. Date of first payment for an order will be treated as the ‘Date of placing the Order’.Â
LOONEYCASES guarantee the delivery of the product within the indicated timelines. Delay in processing the delivery may occur due to the Govt. holidays. Â If any refunds are approved it will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 workings days .
